SPECIALIST DYE SUBLIMATION PRODUCTS

Dye sublimation is a process that heats the ink to a very high temprature to turn it into a gas.

It is then infused into the specially coated products & is "set permanently" This produces an extremely robust product that is fade & scratch resitant & can also endure high tempratures without any damage, especially hard objects like mugs, plates & phone cases etc.. which need no special care.

MATERIALS

Sublimation materials have been specially treated & are aslo very hard wearing & resitant to fading. We would however, ensure that they are washed on a 40 Degree wash cycle to ensure optimum care.

GENERAL INFO: All our special sublimation products are made by hand. We do not use framing or stretcher machines in the production of your canvas.

We use 38mm kiln dried pine stretcher bars (other thicknesses of frames are available on request 18mm or 50mm) These are mortice and tennon jointed and include stretcher wedges, giving you the ability to re-stretch your canvas if needed. Using specialist kiln dried stretcher bars is paramount to ensure a stable platform to display your art.

We cannot stress the importance of this. Timber that contains a high moisture content will shrink and twist as it dries out in your home environment.

This can have the effect of making your canvas distort or ripple and your canvas will become loose or slacken on the frame, ruining your beautiful canvas artwork. Our specialist stretcher frames have rounded edges and are designed to hold your canvas face with the minimum of contact. This is by far the best way to display your canvas.

Premium Canvas: We only use heavy 350-380 gsm photographic quality, 100% real canvas. We only use GENUINE HP Vivera inks in the production of your canvas. They are far superior to non generics and are guaranteed for up to a 200 years or longer. We do not believe in using cheap generic inks that cost 5 time less than genuine products. Again, this is simply a money saving exercise by other companies.

SUMMARY: What initially looks like a bargain can turn out to be an expensive, very disappointing exercise and a total waste of money. There are, indeed, some reputable companies on the internet. You need to be satisfied as to the specification of your canvas before you purchase. After all, you want your treasured memories to be displayed at their very best and last you a lifetime.
UK DELIVERY: Our main courier service is DHL SPECIAL 24-48 hour special delivery service. We may also use other special couriers, dependant on your location or products.

PLEASE NOTE: Delivery time is based on when you receive your confirmation of dispatch notification and not when you place your order. Weekends are NOT calculated when estimating delivery.

Where possible we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can then track your parcel.

DISPATCH: All our orders are usually dispatched within 24/48 hours, excluding special custom orders, custom framing, acryic, aluminium wall panels and those with additional splash/UV coatings. Please contact the studio for dispatch/lead times for these specialist items.

LIABILITY: We will NOT be held responsible for any delays beyond our control once your order leaves our studio, due to various factors, including bad weather, breakdown or lost items etc... We will not be held responsible for any incidental or susequent additional costs beyond the price of your product.

If you need your order for a special occasion or a specific date, then please ensure that you allow sufficient time, so as to avoid disappointment.

EU-WORLDWIDE DELIVERY: We use DHL Worldwide Delivery service for all countries outside the UK. Delivery times to these countries is based on information supplied by DHL Worldwide. We cannot be held responsible for deliveries that fall outside the time stated, or are delayed by customs in the destination country.

Typical delivery to EU countries is 3-4 DAYS. Worldwide destinations is 3-7 DAYS, Subject to your own countries rules & regulations. Weekends & public holidays are not included in delivery time estimates.

PLEASE NOTE: You are responsible for any custom or import duties specific to your country.
UK RETURNS: Unfortunateley, we CANNOT accept returns just because the picture does not suit your decor or you sent the wrong picture.

These are hand made custom products & made to order. If for any reason or in the very unlikely event you are not totally satisfied with the quality of your purchase, or your order is damaged, then you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt of purchase.

However, you must follow the procedure set out below.We will then inspect your items and arrange for a replacement or full refund, less any delivery charges.

RETURNING YOUR GOODS: If you choose to return your goods, you must ensure that they are in an undamaged and merchantable condition and include all packaging.

We will issue a full refund no later than 30 days of receipt of your order, Less any postage costs. Your statutory rights are not affected.

EU & WORLDWIDE RETURNS: Please contact us for details specific to your country.
